The first time I read god of high school, it was enjoyable. The technique names are great, the graphic even better, and no warring translations. then come webtoon, providing us with half-assed translation like "Jaecheondaesong" which in chapter 258 they finally translate it to "king of heaven" which i think referred to one of Sun Wukong's title Qitian Dasheng, roughly in english 'Sage equal to heaven' (don't trust me? See the raw, use OCR, translate from korean to english, you will see jaechenodaesong)
while EGScans have more quality in their translation, the webtoon are faster in releasing new chapter and they retained the original graphic. Facing such rival, egscans stop scanlating, prompting the mangapirate, mangacow, and other scanlators to pick them up and butcher the translation even further, hence the inconsistencies like jin hoechook(official translation), truth tornado(mangapirate), which is the same technique as dragon sign hwechook
there are others like basaltic fist and fist of black turtle, but participants aren't as eager to add them than mori-jin's technique.
So I urge you guys who participate in this wikia, to tread carefully, different translation doesn't mean different techniques. and now that other translators than official webtoon have stop, this kind of mistakes should be null for future releases.
