Seo Yuri was the girlfriend of Gang Daehyeop.
Appearance[]
Seo Yuri was a pretty girl who had short black hair with a red hairband, and was usually dressed in her school uniform sweater and skirt.
Personality[]
Yuri was placid and thoughtful, with a nerve for keeping calm even when targeted for kidnapping, though she still fainted from fright when faced with monstrous creatures. She also placed great trust in Daehyeop even in his absence.
History[]
Yuri when in primary school at Gangwon-do was given custody to her father after her parents’ divorce, which she had initially resented, so Daehyeop stood up for her and fought her father. Although Yuri ended up agreeing to live with her father, she saw Daehyeop as her hero and accompanied him ever since.

When Daehyeop realised that he was not going to receive an invitation for the G.O.H. Tournament, Yuri helped him film the videos of his abilities for attaching to the protest emails, and even lost a mobile phone after Daehyeop who was frustrated by a call with the Tournament’s customer service threw it into the sea. A few days since Daehyeop’s move to Chungcheongbuk-do, Yuri went to his new school to visit him, and getting mistaken as the school bully’s girlfriend she found herself invited to be a hostage by Ban Sihyeon. It ended with Daehyeop storming Sihyeon’s Dungeon and defeating all the monsters, so Yuri seeing Sihyeon surrender stepped in to persuade Daehyeop make friends with him. Later that night when at his apartment, Yuri planned to visit Daehyeop on the weekends to help him study.
Yuri was the only one apart from Shadow’s employees and other personnel with clearance to know about the secret Charyeok User organisation, having heard Daehyeop lament his rejection from Shadow’s final interview that was a field operation targeting the friend he had made in Seoul, during which she persuaded him to go ahead and help with the operation. The following day Yuri was flown to Seoul in case the wounded Daehyeop died, though he turned out fine and she spent a delightful time with him and his colleagues.
After returning to Gangwon-do, Yuri kept Daehyeop’s mother company whenever Daehyeop was off to Seoul. But one day she was targeted by Nox Apostles serving under Alphonse at Yamato’s command, during which she complied to be taken to Busan. On ‘D-Day’ when Yamato decided to take her out to use as a hostage, Yuri who was imprisoned in BEXCO got beaten up by Alphonse and his subordinates. She was subsequently rescued by a furious Sihyeon, and following him out found BEXCO the site of a battle between Sin Yunseong and Sakura Yui, the former whom Yuri convinced Sihyeon to assist. With the battle going badly because the titanic spider Yui had transformed into kept shrugging off Yunseong and Sihyeon’s attacks, Yuri got evacuated from the area by Sihyeon who had trapped the combatants into his separate dimension in order to keep her from harm. Yet after things settled, Sihyeon who felt affection for Yuri kept her detained at his side.
