MK-IV was a fighter in the US military that wore a specialized suit that gave him enhanced speed. He was a part of the MK Unit.

He is a very tall person that wears a suit with two "eyes." His suit extends above his head into two pointy appendages that look like ears.

He is one of the members of the US forces that enters North Korea to obtain Jin Mo-Ri. When in the tunnel attempting to collect him, they come across the RE Taekwondo Force. He is able to run circles arounf Nam Gung-Hyun and Choi Do-Ha, defeating them both. However, he is easily outpaced by Jin Tae-Jin who defeats him in one attack.

Enhanced Speed: He is fast enough to race around a member of the RE Taekwondo Force without realizing he'd moved until he was already behind him. His speed was no match for Jin Tae-Jin.
