Justin was a member of the Nox organisation.
Appearance[]
Justin was initially a handsome young man with silver hair and icy grey eyes, but after getting skinned he was wrapped all over in bandages. When not participating in infiltration, he dressed himself in the Nox uniform and robes of his rank.
Personality[]
Despite being a follower of Nox, Justin cared little about religious dogma and more about his own power and prestige within the organisation. In addition to being arrogant, he was also obsessive about his looks as well as with women, although these were replaced by bitterness and an enhanced hunger for power ever since he became disfigured and impotent.

Justin started out as a mid-level Apostle, who was placed under the command of Violet Ella Wong Perez.

Posing as a candidate interviewing for Shadow in order to gather intelligence and assassinate Sin Yunseong, Justin performed admirably enough in the first round to pass. In a subsequent meeting with Violet to discuss their plans that involved observing Gang Daehyeop and Han Yewon who also passed in addition to making off with Shadow’s information, Justin got disciplined by Violet after playing pranks on passerbys with his Charyeok and thinking of raping her.
On the night of the final round, Justin following a briefing from Yunseong about the field operation targeting Yun Taesu was given a Shield Suit to put on, but instead of accompanying Yunseong and Yewon to Taesu’s hideout, Justin instructed a foreign extremist working under Violet to generate a replica doll of him that can blow up and sit it in Yunseong’s car. Leaving Violet to direct the looting of Shadow’s computers and documents, Justin tailed Yunseong’s car before ordering the doll’s detonation, only to have Yunseong survive the blast thanks to Yewon. He later joined Violet and the other followers at Taesu’s hideout, where the carnage of the battle between Daehyeop and Taesu freaked him out and made him flee. However Justin soon found his path blocked by Yunseong and Yewon, and attacking Yunseong to no effect, Justin had his skin disintegrated when Yunseong activated a contingency rune in the Shield Suit he was wearing, though he still survived to be rescued by Violet.
Suffering in agony during the following days at a Nox hideout, Justin who became unable to use Charyeok managed to bear the pain enough for him to lead a band of martial artist followers to capture Violet for being a turncoat. He put Violet through a humiliating torture, but had to hand the reigns to other followers because of Sang Mandeok’s muster call for greeting Yamato at Seoul. Finding the mad scientist who while uncomforting still seemed a more promising superior, Justin offered to work alongside Yamato and his army of Nine Dragons minions. He was afterwards brought to the prime minister’s mansion where he got a chance to declare to Yunseong his intent to enact bloody vengeance, and later learned a lot of upsetting things about Yamato and his inventions while sitting at his side to observe the attack on Shadow’s secret headquarters. When Taesu intervened in the battle, Justin also managed to save Yamato from being killed.
Justin continued working for Yamato, despite finding out his plan to release tens of millions of Dream Skulls worldwide for creating a Marionette army with which he will start a coup against Nox. For the next few days Justin accompanied Yamato in preparation for ‘D-Day’, with the Priest’s authority allowing him to bear the haughtiness of Alphonse. On ‘D-Day’, Justin followed Yamato to BEXCO where the Dream Skulls were to be released, and when Daehyeop who had stopped the release went after Yamato, he tagged along in escape hoping to flee by air. However after their helicopter was grounded by the electro-magnetic pulse fired by Park Jinoh, Justin abandoned Yamato and headed alone back to Nox.

Justin is average in terms of both martial arts and Charyeok usage, and had even lost his ability to use Charyeok right after being skinned due to the constant pain preventing him from concentrating, though he manages to get himself back in strength later on. In addition he can speak English.
Superhuman Endurance: Living every second in agony ever since losing his skin, Justin accumulated an incredible endurance against pain, especially against burns.
Charyeok[]
Frost Hand is the Charyeok of Justin. It has the ability to instantly freeze things, from puddles of water to somebody’s breath.
- Frost Blade: Justin can generate blades of frost from his hands.
