Hazuki was a gruff looking middle-aged man who kept his hair combed and wore a full business suit.
Personality[]
Hazuki was opportunistic and eager to show loyalty to the side he felt would emerge victorious, but once feeling that the tides are turning he would not hesitate to switch sides.
History[]
One of the lieutenants swayed to the faction of Hajime Ryo, Hazuki participated in the coup against Ogawa Shinji once the command was given. As his comrades in usurpation secured the headquarters in Nagoya, Hazuki brought Shinji and a thousand other yakuzas with him to Ishigaki Island in anticipation of Ryo’s return.

Upon Ryo’s arrival in Japan, Hazuki reported to him that Nine Dragons Hall was fully under their faction’s control, before dragging Shinji out so Ryo can finish off the former boss and complete the transfer of power.
When Yamaguchi-gumi sent a coalition to wage war against Nine Dragons in order to avenge Shinji, Hazuki fought on the front lines only to find themselves being overpowered. Returning to Nine Dragons Hall to report the desperate situation yet seeing Ryo unconcerned about their fate, Hazuki decided to desert. As he drove away, Hazuki realised that he should also take Ryo’s head to beg for forgiveness with in case Yamaguchi-gumi captured him, but as he turned back he got captured by Vincent and Eric Sin. Hazuki was later dumped in front of Nine Dragons Hall bound and gagged, and when some underlings tried to free him, they inadvertently set off the grenades stuffed into his mouth, blowing everybody in the vicinity to pieces.

Hazuki possesses the fighting skills of an average yakuza lieutenant.
