Summary[]

Ban Sihyeon and Wilhelm looked on in fascination which turns to horror as the shower of shooting stars summoned by Sin Yunseong was followed by a gigantic meteor capable of obliterating Busan, one that grabbed the attention of US NASA and the Blue House. Musing that Sin Yunseong’s current mindset made him disregard the issue of collateral damage, Ban Sihyeon expressed pity for Sakura Yui who had yet to attack offensively, before ordering Wilhelm to evacuate Seo Yuri to safety, only to have Wilhelm refuse to leave him behind fearing the Dungeon Master’s death will mean his own demise. Seo Yuri halted their argument by declaring that she too will be remaining with those who are trying to save the world, though Ban Sihyeon corrected her saying he is only trying to save his friends.

Ban Sihyeon then generated ogres to carry Seo Yuri out of the Dungeon, after which he terraformed the Dungeon into an Open World completely situated in a fantasy realm of verdant fields where only those allowed by him can enter. Wilhelm uttered his marvel at his master’s sacrificial spirit when he realised that by trapping Sin Yunseong and Sakura Yui in this dimension totally disconnected with the outside world, Ban Sihyeon had also brought the meteor Sin Yunseong summoned inside so that its impact will not harm other people. While celebrations erupted at the Blue House with the sudden disappearance of the meteor and darkness over Busan, Baek Yeonwoo was ordered by the president to act, and so he took a helicopter to the hotel roof where he in collaboration with snipers from the extrajudicial 404 Special Services Squad deployed atop a neighbouring building shot Hiro.

Hiding his ire, Gang Daehyeop complies with Baek Yeonwoo’s request to back off as the 404 Special Services Squad begins to round up Hiro as well as Yamato, who Baek Yeonwoo was ordered by the government to capture alive along with Sakura Yui because of their military value. Bereft of his Oracle and Path Card thus unable to ask for advice from Sin Yunseong or Park Jinoh, Gang Daehyeop can only look on as Yamato and Hiro get restrained, before Baek Yeonwoo points out that the sky above BEXCO is now clear and suggests he take a rest. Yet a wounded Violet Ella Wong Perez who is being carried away on a stretcher alongside Sin Taepung starts screaming about the government snatching the credit, prompting Baek Yeonwoo to order her sedated.

At this point Gang Daehyeop who notices the 404 Special Services Squad pointing their guns at him angrily questions what the whole spectacle is about, and as Baek Yeonwoo struggles to come up with an explanation, a recovered Hiro mutters that it is not yet over and pleads to get to Sakura Yui. Baek Yeonwoo then receives instructions from the government that Gang Daehyeop is to be taken out if he interferes with the mission, during which Hiro implores Gang Daehyeop to take him to Sakura Yui, while Yamato seizes the moment everybody’s attention is diverted to chew on a capsule hidden in his teeth.

In the Open World covered by bloody skies preceding the meteor strike, Sin Yunseong thanks a laughing Ban Sihyeon for his help. Meanwhile Sakura Yui shrieks as she realises that she has become the ugliest existence in this fantasy realm, causing the black aura protecting her to swell and push back against the falling meteor.

Just before Baek Yeonwoo who is also disgusted with the politicians’ dirty commands can give the order for the squadmen to lower their guns, Gang Daehyeop ignites his aura and punches down several squadmen who are still confused about their orders. Enraged at his subordinates getting beaten up, Baek Yeonwoo scolds Gang Daehyeop for his rash actions, before getting a report that the ruins of BEXCO cannot be approached because there is some kind of Charyeok Barrier surrounding it. Then Yamato, who had from the capsule gained the strength to break his bonds, declares as he takes off in a helicopter he had hijacked that he will target them first the next time he invades South Korea.

While Baek Yeonwoo futilely rages skyward, Gang Daehyeop turns into Super Hero Mode, and then to the astonishment of Baek Yeonwoo, hurls a Hiro still leaking brains towards BEXCO just like with a javelin, after which he does a dash leap at Yamato’s helicopter now flying over the sea. With his silver armour and bastard sword reapperaing subsequent to entering the proximity of BEXCO, Hiro pierces the Barrier to drop into the Open World where Sin Yunseong’s meteor is stalemated against Sakura Yui, before smashing through the meteor to strike at her in a white explosion. Meanwhile Gang Daehyeop launches himself from the hotel roof, the blast wave of which nearly blows Baek Yeonwoo off the building, and when approaching the helicopter rolls himself into a ball so that the spinning propellers break upon his body’s golden aura. After the helicopter crashes, Gang Daehyeop floats on the sea laughing, with Yamato who cannot swim clinging to the watertight suitcase nearby as he squeals for help.
