Summary[]
Back when Vincent was still a young man who worked for a Nine Dragons that was still a subsidiary of Yamaguchi-gumi, he was once ordered to kill a smuggler broker who stole some of the cocaine Nine Dragons was smuggling. Yet as he showed up at the broker’s home, the mission became complicated when he ran into the broker’s wife and an infant Eric Sin as well. The whole family were then locked up in the basement where the broker was beaten, and while all of the Nine Dragons searched the home for the cocaine, Vincent expressed to Hajime Ryo his misgivings on dragging women and children into this. However Hajime Ryo reminded Vincent that like mercenaries a yakuza just needs to obey orders for killing, then declared to the other members they can enjoy the wife and child. Aghast at this blatant disregard to the gallantry of the yakuza, Vincent got mocked by his colleagues until Hajime Ryo decided to let Eric live for the sake of amusement, so Vincent carried Eric outside before the others started laying hands on the wife.
As a Vincent held down by stage helpers alongside the bound forms of the remaining Marionettes recognises Eric, Eric opens the locket on Vincent’s neck where he sees a photo of a more handsome and lively Vincent, a younger Hajime Ryo and a young blonde woman. After Vincent explains he had taken plastic surgery, Eric’s showroom is ended by the torrent of river water gushing through the mirror at the entrance. Released from bonds and back in reality, the Marionettes start to go berserk, but Vincent summons his giant casket and pulls from it machine guns to mow them down, then he promises Eric to forfeit his life after he takes his revenge, before they both get swept up by the tide.
Harnessing the blast of the missiles, Sin Taepung becomes like a fiery albatross as he hurtles at the drone helicopter to bring it crashing down. While Justin explains that the Shadow agents are protected by Shield Suits, a shocked Yamato orders Hajime Ryo to tell Nox to help prevent the authories from interfering as well as send in the hundreds of Marionettes remaining. But Justin then notices the masks of the Marionettes starting to explode due to instability of the Energy Stones, and seeing him recalling the destruction of Nox’s Japan branch, Yamato clarifies that it was not his fault but the work of the ‘Queen’ Sakura Yui, who is subsequently ordered to start working in order to win her freedom.
After landing, Sin Taepung grabs a Gang Daehyeop exhausted from dodging the blast, and chatises him for trying to take on everything by himself before trying to persuade him from further self-recrimination. Then Sakura Yui approaches the worn out pair, causing both of them to desire her as well as yearn to kill the other, while a Sin Yunseong immobile in dark unconsciousness deliberates going back to warn them of her mind control powers. Roaring his lust for Sakura Yui, Gang Daehyeop reignites his aura and attacks Sin Taepung, but instead got retaliated before getting carried into the sky. Yun Taesu observes this fight from afar as he offers to bring Violet Ella Wong Perez to Gang Daehyeop, and in turn Violet asks him not to kill Gang Daehyeop or Sin Taepung.
