Summary[]
With Yun Taesu’s body healing faster than normal, Ban Sihyeon who as the aide of the turncoat Violet Ella Wong Perez now spends more time tending to Yun Taesu, enacts the latest command he received by leading his charge outside into the moonless night. As Yun Taesu comments on how the word ‘lunatic’ had its roots in the moon that also brings out his murder tendencies, he gets asked who wanted to kill him, and after dismissing Gang Daehyeop settles with his ‘friend’ Jegal Taek as the answer. Then Ban Sihyeon affirms he also has a friend who lifts his spirits up, but when he shows Yun Taesu the way out they hear a woman scream. Entering the cell where several Sheep are severing the fingers of a naked Violet in bonds, Yun Taesu hears how she is a turncoat working for Shadow. Then one of them carried away by the torturing starts insulting Yun Taesu, who gets his tendencies reignited.
In the Shadow secret headquarters where everyone except field agents like him are busy, Gang Daehyeop thinks about Violet as he reminds himself he has Seo Yuri. He is then notified by Yu Chiyeoung that Park Jinoh wants to see him, and upon entering the general operations manager’s office he finds that Sin Yunseong is present too. They promptly reveal that they know about Gang Daehyeop’s relationship with Violet through records of his stays at the Sixsung Hotel, and just as Gang Daehyeop ponders how to answer without making them think he had betrayed Shadow to Nox, Sin Yunseong inquires if Violet can still return, to which Gang Daehyeop nods at. While Park Jinoh expresses disbelief, Sin Yunseong upon hearing that Gang Daehyeop did not ask how to contact Violet believes she will be in danger.
Then Sin Yunseong gets a call on his regular mobile phone from Yamato, who declares he is at the prime minister’s residence since the president is out, and demands Sin Yunseong go see him at once. Cancelling the other appointments for the day, Sin Yunseong teleports over to see the stripped prime minister being held hostage and unmoving under the influence of something. As Yamato states that his target is just Sin Yunseong and Shadow, Sin Yunseong recognises Justin who after promising dire revenge reveals that he had captured Violet and is subjecting her to torture. Letting Justin finish his tirade, Yamato then explains he had wanted to see who he will be fighting since all the Shadow employees’ records had been wiped off the national records and internet except for Sin Yunseong.
When the two of them drink from the bar, Sin Yunseong notices that unlike Yamato his underlings are not of Nox and also their masks are some sort of control device, before pointing out Yamato is a subfaction of Nox sent to specifically deal with Shadow as well as planning to use his Nine Dragons to enact a coup against Nox. Yamato laughs to that and clarifies he is simply the major shareholder while Hajime Ryo is the actual boss of Nine Dragons, then offers Sin Yunseong an offer to work for him. Sin Yunseong rejects the offer and turns to leave, only to hear that Yamato had started his attack as soon as the meeting started, which was 10 minutes longer than Sin Yunseong remembered. Realising the state of the prime minister is the result of mind control, Sin Yunseong tries to stop time, only to have Sakura Yui beat him to using Charyeok.
