Summary[]
While carrying Sin Taepung away after his fight with Gang Daehyeop, Eric Sin took a dislike for Ban Sihyeon who had came looking for Gang Daehyeop, which he soon realised was because they both felt for their own best friend/brother in the same manner.
When Eric unmasked Ban Sihyeon as being part of Nox, Ban Sihyeon presumed Shadow is a Charyeok vigilante organisation set up by Park Mujin and that it was Sin Taepung fighting in the bank. Realising that Ban Sihyeon not only held gross misconceptions about Shadow but also had no knowledge of Gang Daehyeop being one of its employees, Eric offered to lift the police blockade so the other Nox Sheep can escape, in exchange for Ban Sihyeon fighting him then and there.
Phoning instructions to Baek Yeonwoo once Ban Sihyeon agreed, Eric found himself in a burning landscape of apocalypse where Hell is raised, and after bumping into a giant Wilhelm a contract sheet appeared on the ground, on which he got stomped into paste where the signature line was. Snapping back to the real world to see Ban Sihyeon chiding Wilhelm for coming out without permission, Eric was left puzzled as to what they are while they withdrew.
In the bank now emptied of other people, Gang Daehyeop blocked and dodged the weakening attacks of Violet Ella Wong Perez as he noted that copying his Charyeok didn’t mean she could use it effectively. Recalling how he had collapsed convulsing from losing control of his body after trying Super Hero Mode for the first time, Gang Daehyeop shouted a warning, only to take a hit that damaged his Shield Suit. As Violet screamed that she hated him because his existence is an affront to her truth about goodness being weak, she kept pressing on her attacks despite having read about the perils of losing control from Gang Daehyeop whom she emotionally cursed for having appeared so late in her life. Vomiting blood after Gang Daehyeop blocked one of her punches, Violet reduced the power level of her Charyeok and instead grabbed the National Treasures activated by Gang Daehyeop’s power to attack. She settled with using Purple Snake to throw lethal whiplashes at a dodging Gang Daehyeop until he tripped, yet Violet couldn’t bring herself to kill him, and so slumped down with various emotions welling up just before the building collapsed on her, making Eric stop his discussion with Baek Yeonwoo to go investigate.
It turned out that Gang Daehyeop had used his full power to keep the collapsing rubble from crushing Violet, who after breaking into tears, took advantage of Gang Daehyeop’s immobility to kiss him.
