Summary[]
After a long series of meetings and conversations, Jeon Jaesan is told by the president of South Korea that the Blue House will not acknowledge Shadow unless it shows promise. Meanwhile Sin Yunseong is packing up his office with Park Sangyul, and as they throw jokes around Park Sangyul muses on how Sin Yunseong during his rise in the company fascinated many employees with his charisma, to the extent that a large number of them are quitting Sixsung to follow him to Shadow.
Afterwards Jeon Jaesan summons Sin Yunseong and assigns him the task of dealing with Yun Taesu as a demonstration of Shadow at work to the president, while stressing the importance of keeping things under wraps. He then displays documents that state in the case of his untimely death, a percentage of his current wealth and fortune will be passed on to Sin Yunseong, who had been his apprentice for the past 15 years, before sending the ‘little magician’ on his way.
Waking up from a dream of how he wet his pants during a recital in primary school, Gang Daehyeop finds himself soaked because the bedroom in the abandoned apartment complex under construction where he and Yun Taesu took residence in cannot keep the rainstorm out. As he goes to dry himself, Gang Daehyeop feels that his companion is becoming more talkative to him.
