In Gangwon-do close to where mysterious blasts 17 years ago caused South Korea to lose 10% of its land, hundreds of spectators, more than half of whom suffered defeat at the fists of Gang Daehyeop, gathered at a gymnasium to watch him challenge Jang Daeho who is the emperor of local hoodlums to a duel. Yet when Jang Daeho announced he will let Oh Seongnam first test if his foe is worthy enough, Gang Daehyeop surprised everyone by saying that he is here not to fight but to declare he is quitting fighting in order to lead a peaceful life.
As Gang Daehyeop turns to leave amidst the dismay of the spectators, the jeering Jang Daeho brags that he was recognised as strong enough to receive invitation for the G.O.H. Tournament that Oh Seongnam had participated in, prompting Gang Daehyeop to change his mind and fight one more time. But despite the cheats and traps Jang Daeho laid against Gang Daehyeop in an attempt to rig the fight, Oh Seongnam was effortlessly defeated after Jang Daeho found out too late from his lackey Park Yongje of Gang Daehyeop’s expertise in a variety of martial arts.
Musing on the martial prowess of G.O.H. participants he will like to fight such as Park Ilpyo and Jegal Taek while bitter about himself not being invited to the tournament, Gang Daehyeop forces Jang Daeho onto the ring, then uppercuts him into the ceiling lights before challenging the 200 spectators to attacking him all at once.
