Summary[]
While the USA is preparing to launch its barrage of nuclear missiles at Seoul, a gravely wounded Gang Daehyeop who had fought his way through an army of monsters reaches the top floor of the Dungeon that has enveloped the city and had been preventing the authorities from interfering with the events at the G.O.H. Tournament, where the waiting Ban Sihyeon comments on how his Nox brethren had theorised that instead of the common Hero Summoning or Weapon Summoning, both their Charyeok are of the rare Intuitive category.
Refusing Gang Daehyeop’s request to disable the Barrier so that the Shadow members outside can enter, Ban Sihyeon reflects on the Charyeok Users’ bane that is the Injector so many others had been trying to get their hands on. He subsequently remarks that he is actually looking forward to South Korea being nuked from existence while he will be safe inside his Dungeon, to Gang Daehyeop’s fury.
Ban Sihyeon goes on the recollect how three months ago, he got intrigued with his first friend Gang Daehyeop who had just transferred to his school and was obsessed with being a superhero, then offers to let the Shadow members inside if Gang Daehyeop agrees to escape with him to someplace untouched by the war between the forces of Park Mujin and Nox.
