Da Nawa (다나와, Da Nawa; "Nawa Da") was the Septentrional Gyeongsang representative of the G.O.H Tournament.
Appearance[]
Nawa has medium length hair which are parted from the middle. He is usually seen wearing spectacles.
Personality[]
Nawa is a Japanese manga maniac and spends most of his money on buying manga. He is usually calm and acts like manga characters but gets upset when someone insults manga.[1]
Plot[]
Nationals[]
Nawa is first seen sparring with the third member of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Team, Bang Jeongsig, and defeats him relatively easily. His love of Japanese manga is then criticized by the runner-up of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Tournament, Han Songyi. Nawa responds with declaring his love for manga, and his wish to find out how those stories end.[1]
Nawa is seen watching the match between Metropolitan Area Team and Chungcheongnam-do Team.
Later during the match between Gyeongsangbuk-do Team and Gyeongsangnam-do Team, Nawa is the last one of his team left, fighting against Jegal Taek. Despite his best efforts, Nawa is defeated brutally by Taek, which leads to his elimination from the G.O.H. Tournament.
Abilities[]
Da Nawa is the winner in his regional tournament. He is a strong fighter and was the only one who was able to put up a fight against Jegal Taek, though was finally crushed when Taek finally got serious. His fighting style is mimicking the martial arts of Japanese manga characters.[1]
