He was a very short, bald man wearing the standard Nox attire. His head was rather egg-shaped and his eyes have no visible pupils. He also appears to have a third eye.

Not much is known about his personality other than that he doesn't seem to take important situations very seriously.

He was killed by Jin Mori when trying to stop his escape from a tunnel.
